This Sample Reserve Study is for a high-rise residential condminium association. It's a combination of our RS portion and our SUP portion. The RS portion contains different financial exhibits represented in a table format by a summary by category. The SUP portion contains detailed reports with photos. The detail component list is also presented at the component level as required by industry standards. This sample report is a combination of both portions of our Reserve Study presented in a way that is easy to understand.
